Season 4: Connection
The New Creative Order by Third Eye
The new creative order is a gathering of minds united by purpose a space where networking becomes kinship, and collaboration becomes movement. Through open conversation and shared vision, we come together to explore African spirituality in modern times, art as social and political voice, mental wellness within our communities, the rise of Afrocentric creative enterprises, and the enduring call of Pan-African unity. This is more than discussion; it is alignment. It is creators, thinkers, and builders choosing to support one another and shape something greater than individual ambition. Whether you arrive with clarity or curiosity, you enter a room where ideas are exchanged, partnerships are born, and collective momentum begins. Come with an open mind you never know which conversation could shift your direction, expand your vision, or connect you to the community you were meant to build with.
Our main agendas and topics of interest:
- African spirituality in modern times
- Art as social political resistance
- Mental wellness in African communities
- Creative Artistic and Afrocentric start ups
- Pan Africanism
Third Eye Young Visionaries
Third Eye Young Visionaries is a nurturing creative space dedicated to children especially neurodivergent minds where their uniqueness is recognised not as limitation, but as brilliance. Rooted in our Afrocentric and Pan-African philosophy, this series of experiences uses art, movement, sound, culture, and expression to rebuild confidence, identity, and belonging in the next generation. In a world that has too often misunderstood or labelled our children, we choose restoration creating environments where imagination is honoured, differences are celebrated, and cultural grounding strengthens self-worth. Through intentional artistic activities and community care, we seek to empower young minds to see themselves as gifted, capable, and deeply connected to heritage and future alike.
This is more than a program; it is a promise. To families and guardians navigating uncertainty, know that you are not alone and neither are your children. Third Eye stands as a supportive, affirming space where every child is welcomed, understood, and uplifted. By bringing them into this community, you invest not only in their confidence and well-being today, but in a generation that will grow rooted, empowered, and ready to shape tomorrow with clarity and pride.
- Earth and clay exploration
Earth & Clay Exploration is a grounding, sensory-based creative activity where children are invited to touch, shape, mould, and explore natural clay and earth materials freely and without pressure. There is no “right” outcome only discovery. Through their hands, children experience texture, weight, temperature, and form, allowing them to create at their own pace in a calm and supportive environment.
This activity is especially important because clay engages both the body and the mind. The slow, repetitive motion of shaping and pressing helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and improve focus benefits that are particularly powerful for neurodivergent children. It strengthens fine motor skills, coordination, and patience while encouraging imagination and self-expression without the need for words.
Beyond the developmental benefits, working with earth reconnects children to something deeply grounding and universal the soil beneath their feet, the material from which communities have built, stored food, created art, and told stories for generations. It subtly nurtures a sense of belonging and rootedness. In shaping clay, children experience stability, control, and achievement; they see that they can transform raw material into something meaningful.
Earth & Clay Exploration is not just play it is confidence-building, emotionally regulating, culturally grounding work that allows children to feel calm, capable, and connected.
- Color and emotion workshop
Color & Emotion is a gentle, expressive workshop where children explore feelings through colour, painting, and free artistic expression. Rather than asking children to explain how they feel with words, this space allows them to communicate through shades, shapes, and movement on canvas or paper. Each colour becomes a language of its own a safe and creative way for children to express joy, calm, excitement, confusion, or overwhelm without pressure or judgement.
This activity is especially important for children who experience the world intensely or differently. Working with colour supports emotional awareness and regulation, helping children recognise and release feelings in a healthy and constructive way. The act of painting and blending colours can be deeply calming, improving focus, reducing anxiety, and building confidence as children see their inner world reflected in something they have created themselves.
Beyond emotional development, colour carries cultural meaning and vibrancy, reminding children that expression can be beautiful, powerful, and uniquely theirs. In this space, there is no right or wrong only exploration, self-discovery, and affirmation. Color & Emotion nurtures emotional intelligence, creativity, and self-acceptance, giving children a safe outlet to understand themselves while feeling seen, supported, and valued.
- Nature and sensory collage
Nature & Sensory Collage is a calming, hands-on creative experience where children work with natural materials such as leaves, flowers, sand, bark, seeds, fabric, and earth textures to create expressive collages. Through touching, arranging, layering, and assembling these elements, children engage their senses while exploring creativity in a gentle and unpressured way. There is no fixed outcome only discovery, play, and connection with the natural world.
This activity is especially important for children who benefit from sensory-based learning and expression. The textures, scents, and visual beauty of natural materials help regulate the nervous system, improve focus, and reduce overstimulation or anxiety. Working with the hands in a slow, mindful way supports emotional grounding, fine motor development, and a sense of calm control. It allows children to explore their environment safely while building confidence in their ability to create something meaningful from simple elements.
Beyond its developmental value, engaging with nature fosters a deep sense of belonging and connection to the earth. It encourages children to slow down, observe, and appreciate the world around them while expressing themselves freely. Nature & Sensory Collage is more than an art activity it is a grounding, restorative experience that nurtures creativity, emotional balance, and a quiet sense of stability within each child.
- Story, symbol and identity hour
Story, Symbol & Identity Hour is a reflective creative session where children explore who they are through storytelling, drawing, symbols, and imaginative expression. Rather than relying only on spoken words, children are invited to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through pictures, shapes, characters, and personal symbols that represent their inner world. In this space, every child’s perspective is valued and every story spoken or unspoken has meaning.
This activity is especially important for children who may find traditional communication challenging or overwhelming. By using symbols and creative storytelling, children gain a safe and empowering way to express themselves, build confidence, and develop a stronger sense of self. It supports emotional awareness, imagination, and identity formation while allowing children to feel seen and understood without pressure. Through gentle guidance, they begin to recognise that their individuality is something to be celebrated, not hidden.
At its heart, this experience nurtures self-worth and belonging. It reminds children that their voice whether shared through art, symbol, or story matters and has a place in the world. Story, Symbol & Identity Hour strengthens confidence, encourages self-discovery, and helps children build a positive connection to who they are, creating a foundation of pride, stability, and emotional resilience that will grow with them into the future.
